To create your custom rug, please follow these steps:

1. Send Your Photo or model picture – After placing your custom order of minimum €65,00 or similar in your currency, please send a clear, high-quality photo of your picture.

You can either:

📎 Upload it via Messages after checkout.

2. Design Preferences (optional):

• Share any background colour or style preferences. (For example, cartoon version with black line cartoon image etc.)

• If you want a specific size bigger or need multiple photos, feel free to mention that too.

3. The price that you placed order, it is NOT a final price of your custom rug as any colours, size and detailing of the custom rug have it own different difficulty and duration of making. But don't worry! it won't go overwhelming from the price standard! Just sending us email and explain your preferences. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible!

IMPORTANT! We never request or accept sensitive information (such as payment or banking details or WhatsApp details) by email or Telephone Number. For security reasons, we cannot share or accept payment information via email. All payments must be made through our official website checkout: irugustudio.com.
